How do I measure myself accurately?
We recommend having someone help you with measurements. Use a flexible measuring tape and keep it snug but not tight. If you have a well-fitting suit, you can also use that as a reference!
How long does production take?
Typically 7-15 business days depending on the tailor's workload and fabric availability. Shipping takes an additional 3-10 days worldwide.
What is your return policy?
If the suit does not fit due to a production error, we will provide a free alteration or remake. Please send photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
